OUR PROMISE TO YOU

Our promise is simple: We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with our services or we will make it right. In addition, we offer a 3-5 year limited warranty on all exterior work and  3-5 year limited warranty on all interior work. 

LABOUR AND MATERIALS ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR UP TO 5 YEARS.

If a defect occurs, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition at no cost*. Please note that this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Also, our responsibility is limited to correcting the defected areas only.

5 Years Warranty For Commercial Interior Painting

COMMERCIAL INTERIOR PAINTING WARRANTY

Up To 5 Years Warranty For Commercial Interior Painting

Makus Painters warrants the painting of Commercial interior painted surfaces for a period of (5) years, per the specific contracted scope of work, and will repair newly painted areas if pealing, blistering, flaking, or coating separation occurs.  our Interior Painting Warranty cover painting defects, 

but they do not cover cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction, damage caused by accident or abuse,  

Note: Severe paint blistering and separation of caulk from wood cupping due to intense and/or direct heat are not issues of workmanship and are not covered under the warranty.

If a defect in workmanship appears within 5 years from the date of project completion and is reported to Makus Painters. Makus Painting will inspect the affected areas and perform the necessary repairs without cost

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Any work which was not performed by Makus Painters

Bleeding caused by knots, rust or cedar.

Cracks in drywall, plaster or wood.

structural defects.

mill-glazing from smooth cedar

ordinary wear and tear.

abnormal use or misuse

structural defects.

settling or movement.

moisture content of the substrate.

Peeling, blistering or chipping where they are caused by:

abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse, or damage resulting from use of chemicals or cleaning agents or exposure to harmful solids, liquids or gases.

damage or defects caused in whole or in part by reason of fire, explosion, flood, extreme weather conditions, misuse, alterations, abuse, vandalism, negligence, or any other similar causes.


FOR THIS WARRANTY TO BE VALID, YOU MUST:

Pay the full contract price.

Make the property accessible for Makus Painters to perform the repairs

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY THOSE SERVICES PROVIDED BY MAKUS PAINTERS. IN NO EVENT WILL MAKUS PAINTERS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY ACCIDENT OR ABUSE, CRACKS CAUSED BY EXPANSION AND/OR CONTRACTION.
